We build the cleaning schedule from the solicitation, by frequency, and keep it on site.
Inspect, report, correct
Scheduled inspections feed a monthly report. Open items stay on the report until they are closed.
Crew standards
Supervised
Crews are supervised on site and checked by the project manager during inspections.
Vetted
Background checks are required for all crew members.
